Luis has been in the Rubber industry since 1991. He started as a general laborer, slowly worked up to territory sales selling Rubber Covered Rollers, molded parts, rubber accessories, chrome, anilax, complete roller fabrication. In 2007 Luis moved into a sales position. Before that, Luis was a plant manager running shop floor. Luis’s hobbies include: Golf, spending time with his kids, coaching (soccer, track, and basketball). Luis enjoys spending time with his family.
