General Guidelines

Truly Endless Feeder Belts are used in high performance feeder type applications. Some of these applications include: paper, cardboard, films, foils, and various plastics. Using a variety of fabric base belt constructions, Passaic has the ability to produce seamless top rubber coverings on these base substrates in the 35-60 Shore A hardness. Coatings are available in Natural Rubber, Neoprene, Nitrile, FDA Elastomers and Urethane top covers.

Perforated Feeder Belts are also offered with different types of hole shapes removed throughout surface coating to produce uniform pulls and even suction of equipment vacuum throughout continuous lifespan of the belt.
